The programs come with a 4 day training split (3 rest days) or a 5 day training split (2 rest days), video tutorials and weekly check-ins. The 5 day training program offers an second, heavier day of training legs. The program’s include both cardio and weight training. You can plan on toning up, falling in love with yourself and conquering any obstacle.
